Few of us think highly of government. Most of us don’t think of government at all. But things are changing, and how.
For example, more and more people are keen to keep their money in government-owned banks. They suddenly seem okay with dusty desks and not-so-pleasing clerks, who are not called customer service executives. When you are scared, you look up to the government.
