He wrote the first stories on the murder of Satyendra Dubey, an IIT engineer who had written to the prime minister of India about corruption in highway development (2003) and the Bihar flood scam (2005). Has won several awards, including Journalist of the Year, Ramnath Goenka Awards (2006). Journalism, for him, is not about knowing everything, but about knowing people who know things.
