Alright, we have some good and some fashion weeks here in India. With many starting their own fashion weeks, I am not sure for whose benefit are they really is though, India now has the distinction that (again) that I am not sure of as to whether we can take pride in, or to hang our heads in shame… of having the largest number of fashion weeks in any country around the world! In one of the shows at the recently held Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week in New Delhi, suddenly I saw a rather heavy woman choosing to lower herself on the designated media seat on the front row with a couple of her friends. Then I saw the PR girls in charge of the media requesting them to vacate the seats as editors of those seats were due to come any minute. Read more
