Since his father passed away in 2005, Mandla, 36, is carrying on the legacy of the Madiba clan. He is the chief of the traditional council in Mvezo, a small village on the banks of the Mbashe river in Eastern Cape. It was a post he was given on Nelson Mandela’s recommendation. Read more
