The call that sits at the grass root level with quite a low pitch, that many times remains unheard by the high ups. It sure is a medium of communication. Yes, I agree that sometimes it just gets a bit too much to read about all the things that go wrong with us, but on the other hand if its not highlighted, it'll remain the way it is.
