Love is all, you need. :)

Am no fan of broccoli, but will just about grin and bear it, if it's steamed and served with copious amounts of cheese sauce. Add diced mushrooms, green chillies, yellow corn and a dash of salt , pepper and Tabasco. Gratinated, with a topping of bread crumbs, it rocks!

I do not like broccoli. And I haven't liked it since I was a little kid and my mother made me eat it. And I'm President of the United States and I'm not going to eat any more broccoli.
George H. W. Bush

Fry garlic in olive oil, add some chopped red chillies, add crushed anchovies to taste. Mix in small pieces of broccoli and cook while your pasta (small - fusilli, penne, oriecchette etc.) boils, adding water if needed (i.e. if you don't like a lot of oil). Mix and add parmesan/lemon/parsley/fried breadcrumbs as you like.

My wife makes an outstanding vegetable saut'e with Broccoli as the main attraction. Incidentally, is there any thing non-veggy that can be made by Broccoli?

My wife, a nutritionist insists that it is a virtual dynamite of good nutrients and also contains cancer-fighting substances. Not that I require any persuasion. I do like Broccoli and shall try your recipes..

I thought marination was strictly meant for mutton and fish, until I saw this recipe for marinated broccoli salad last year :-) and I loved the garlicky crunch of the broccoli in this one.

Whatever women do they must do twice as well as men to be thought half as good. Luckily this is not difficult.
