There’s Facebook and there’s Twitter
Sometimes sweet and sometimes bitter
But there’s a twist in the social tale
When rulers strike with policing gale
“Free speech under threat!,” tweeters rant
When the cops go out to kick their pants
Hums and haws and shrill cries all around
As the State moves to shake the ground.
“Fundamental right!” shriek slacktivists
Unknowing they are of a constitutional twist.
The right, you see, bears no political surety
