Is it Geelani, Jilani or Gilani?
The name is one, the spellings are many
Whatever the detail, the mission is Pak
On Kashmir they talk, talk and still talk
But when all is said, all is done
There’s the small matter of 26/11
Presented with evidence, they are in denial
A trial here, they say, is simply no trial
A double agent held, a captured attacker
And a handler’s trail that leads to its backer
Are not enough, for Isloo’s ostrich diplos
What will please them? Only God knows!
“Let us cooperate,” is such a nice slogan
But of what use it when there’s a smoking gun,
unacknowledged, unsung, drowned in words
A dialogues of the deaf – how absurd!
So let us bring things to a clear order
And shun hypocrisy on things cross-border
No terrorist, you see, is gonna go bust
When there is a big-big bomb they call mistrust!
