This dates back to the 80’s. Late Vir Bahadur Singh was the Chief Minister of the state. I remember my first meeting with him. Singh looked uncomfortable, avoided eye contact throughout the interview. Read more

I somehow fail to understand why the UPA government is silent and soft on civil servants. Not even once the speakers from the treasury benches in the Lok Sabha have brought into focus the role of the civil servants in the demolition of the disputed shrine in Ayodhya.
I can say this because I have covered the Ayodhya imbroglio from the unlocking of the temple/mosque gates to its demolition. Read more
