Right. I have two much awaited things for you guys. One is the article on Havelock, which I finally decided I was qualified to write after my second visit there. The first trip had been all adrenalin and scuba diving based. And the second one was its exact antithesis, comprising a whole lot of very restful nothing. When I was in the Andamans, learning to dive, I learnt a very remark-worthy figure. Of the hundreds of people who learn to dive there every season, only 1 per cent are Indians.
I couldn’t fathom it. What could possibly be keeping us away from enjoying a thrilling activity like scuba diving. Not the cost. Read more
