The other day, I had a kathi roll from a place that makes authentic Calcutta on-the-go food, like rolls, biryani, fish chops, etc.
I know one of the partners well. He loves his Cal food – he’s from Cal himself. He’s brought in cooks from Cal, has taste-tested all the stuff on the menu, he even brings in kasundi (mustard sauce Bengali-style, yummy) from Cal. It’s a great place. Read more
