The other day, I read an interview with Kareena Kapoor where she too insisted that she wasn’t planning to get married for the next few years. Preity Zinta also says she’s tired of telling people that she is not going to get married anytime soon. Read more

I am really happy Ashutosh Gowariker is picking up so many Best Director and Best Picture awards for Jodha Akbar. I loved the film – surprisingly. Not because I don’t like Ashutosh’s work: I absolutely and totally and unreservedly love Lagaan (I would rate it right up there, as one of the all-time greats of Hindi cinema), and I thought Ashutosh extracted one of Shah Rukh’s career-best performances in Swades.
